If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase after your item has arrived and you wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days. We offer FREE returns on any unopened product, no questions asked!

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. The amount will appear in your account within 1 – 10 business days, depending on your financial provider. Please check with your bank or credit card company for their timing on processing such funds.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders for the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur higher shipping fees. We currently use UPS as our shipping partner, and we only ship within the United States. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Orders purchased directly from the Nowgevity Store are shipped within 1-2 days using ground UPS shipping. Your product will then typically be in transit for 3-5 business days, depending on your shipping address. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic our shipping partner’s transit timelines may be unusually longer.

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made within twenty-four hours of placing the order. Please contact customer service to change or cancel your order. If the 24-hour period has passed, please look into our free returns policy.

For orders over 10 items, please contact us and we can coordinate with you to make sure you get what you need.
